Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Welder 1 openings in Wyoming, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are experienced in welding and looking to grow in a clean, safe, and well-equipped environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $23.00–$28.00
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks to fabricate and assemble aluminum railings
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Use various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG, to achieve high-quality welds
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
- Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Previous experience in fabricating and assembling aluminum railings
- Familiarity with a variety of welding tools and equipment
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
