Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Maintenance Technician openings in North Branch, MN. Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $30.00
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using schematics.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain logs.
- Work with outside contractors and OEMs to source parts and resolve issues.
- Operate manual mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to fabricate components.
- Maintain facility buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Experience with manual machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.).
- Proficient in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, ohm meters, etc.).
- Skilled in sketching and fabricating tooling/gauges.
- Able to make threads on a lathe (preferred).
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and shift priorities quickly when production equipment goes down.
- Drug screen and background screen-not required
