Key Responsibilities
- Operate manual or automated CNC machines efficiently.
- Run multiple machines simultaneously when required.
- Set up secondary operation machines for tooling, deburring, drilling, and etching.
- Operate bandsaws, welders, and graphite installation equipment.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping, productivity, and inspection records.
- Request maintenance for workstation as needed.
- Manufacture parts to blueprint specifications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- CNC lathe turning machine experience, including uploading, downloading, editing, minor programming, and maintenance.
- Mechanically inclined with ability to follow directions.
- Hardworking, reliable, and committed to good attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shift.
Equipment Used
CNC machines, hand tools, bandsaws, welders, and graphite installation equipment.
