Insurance Sales Representative – $30K–$45K Base + Commission
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Forest Lake, MN | Sales
Weekly Pay | Background Check Required (No License Required – Training Provided)
Position Overview

Pay & Schedule
- Base Salary: $30,000 – $45,000 annually
- Commission: 45% on new business, 35% on renewals (first year)
- Schedule:
- Monday & Tuesday: In-office sales meetings and team collaboration
- Wednesday – Friday: Networking and outside sales (40 hours/week total)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective customers.
- Meet with individuals or businesses to understand their insurance needs and financial situations.
- Explain policy options, coverage details, and benefits clearly.
- Match clients’ needs with suitable policies and customize coverage to fit budgets and goals.
- Sell and process policies, provide customer service, and maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service background.
- Bubbly personality, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Open to feedback and coaching; motivated to learn and grow.
- Must be able to receive instruction and complete licensing training (company-sponsored).
