Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking experienced and motivated candidates for Line Cook openings in Forest Lake, MN. Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $18–$23
- Schedule: Varied days with mandatory weekends; typical hours are 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM- Full-Time Hours
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company expectations
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a line cook in a full-service or upscale restaurant
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work weekends and late-night shifts
- Background screen required (drug screen not required)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
