Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for a Machine Operator opening in Scandia, MN. Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $17
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Operate thermoforming plastic machines by loading plastic sheets or rolls and initiating the machine cycle
- Unload and inspect formed parts for quality defects
- Count, stack, and wrap parts for shipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and surrounding area
- Trim parts using hand tools or a band saw as needed
Qualifications
- Basic manufacturing or production experience required
- Must be able to follow directions and work well in a team
- Ability to read a tape measure and willingness to learn micrometers and calipers
- Legible handwriting for documentation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
- High School Diploma or GED required
- No drug screen or background check required
