Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined candidates for a Building Maintenance Technician opening in Wyoming, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with basic repair and maintenance experience who are looking for a long-term role in a flexible and supportive environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $20–$24
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs on air compressors, hydraulics, HVAC units, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Read and interpret mechanical prints, drawings, and electrical line diagrams
- Clean and inspect machinery to identify repair needs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Conduct exterior building maintenance as needed
- Obtain estimates and order supplies or repair parts
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment for maintenance tasks
- Maintain and operate building systems and general equipment
Qualifications
- Building maintenance experience required
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
- Willingness to train on computer, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs routinely
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Word
- No drug screen or background check required
