Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | Weekly Pay | Evaluation-to-Hire Opportunity
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a skilled Machine Set-Up Operator for a company located in Circle Pines, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior tooling experience and a strong ability to learn quickly. The role involves setting up and operating machinery in a fast-paced production environment. Training will be provided on the specifics of the equipment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $24–$25 (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
- Perform tooling adjustments and ensure proper machine calibration
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with quality checks and documentation requirements
(Training provided on a vertical fill form machine.)
Qualifications
- Prior experience in machine set-up and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with production safety standards
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
