Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for Shipping opening in Stanchfield, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a smooth and accurate shipping process.
Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $20+ per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
-
Process company orders for shipment using computer systems (UPS, FedEx, Speedy, etc.)

Schedule outgoing shipments
-
Inspect products prior to packaging
-
Perform packaging, boxing, and palletizing tasks

Deburr parts as needed
-
Maintain accuracy and organization in all shipping activities
Qualifications
-
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
-
Ability to stay active and productive throughout the shift

Experience with bills of lading, UPS/FedEx/Speedy systems preferred

Warehouse or shipping & receiving experience is a plus
Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, bending, and lifting
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team assistance provided for heavier items)
