Machine Operator – $20+ / Hour

Evaluation-to-Hire | Full-Time (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) | Stanchfield, MN

Skilled Trades / Manufacturing | Weekly Pay

 

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for Machine Operator openings in Stanchfield, MN. Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $20+ per hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: Stanchfield, MN

  • Screening Requirements: No background check or drug screen required

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual lathes, and drill presses

  • Use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, pin gauges, and tape measures to check parts

  • Apply basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and decimal conversions

  • Produce high-quality parts according to specifications

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout production tasks

 

Qualifications

  • Machine operator experience required

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions

  • Ability to produce quality parts consistently

  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently

 

Experience Required

  • Machine Operator experience

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs comfortably

 

Equipment Used

  • Calipers

  • Micrometers

  • CNC machines

  • Drill presses
