Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder / Fabricator for a manufacturing facility located in Hinckley, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and are looking for a stable, full-time schedule.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $22–$24 per hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime: Some Fridays required (paid at overtime rates)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Sawing metal materials
- Grinding and deburring finished parts
- Welding and fabrication work
- Operating machines and shop equipment
- Assisting with assembly as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Welding or fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team
No drug screen or background screen required.
