Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a highly organized, polished, and dependable Executive Assistant for a small, mission-driven organization in White Bear Lake, MN. Pay & Schedule

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the CEO
-
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
-
Prioritize tasks and manage daily to-do lists and reminders

Organize files, records, and digital documents

Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documents

Track expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
-
Run personal and business errands as needed
-
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
-
Computer savvy; strong with logistics, scheduling, and communication

5–10 years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience

Even-keeled, composed, and able to work quickly without getting flustered

Highly polished, professional, and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable working for a religious organization and aligned with similar values

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree + experience accepted

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and talk throughout the workday

Equipment Used: Standard office equipment and programs, including Office 360

Travel: Minimal (1–2 times per year)
