Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking motivated and reliable Production Techs for multiple openings with a growing company in Arden Hills, MN. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM

Key Responsibilities
-
Operate the lamination station: load materials, monitor lamination quality, and stack finished product for shipment
-
Operate the saw station: load materials, ensure proper cutting, and stack finished product
-
Work in the Powder Department: mix and package powder materials
-
Follow instructions, ask questions, and maintain a strong learning mindset
-
Support production goals by processing 1–2 tons of material per day
Qualifications
-
No specific skills required; manufacturing experience preferred
-
Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is helpful
-
Familiarity with process-oriented environments, quality control, or lean manufacturing is a plus

Basic computer skills
-
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn

Ability to work independently and stay accountable to goals
Physical Requirements
-
Frequent lifting of 10–20 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Repetitive tasks throughout the shift

May be required to wear a respirator for long-term employment
