Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated Brake Press Operators for a growing, family‑owned company in North Branch, MN. Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $25–$30 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM + rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

Bend and form parts according to job tickets
-
Self‑inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
-
Cross‑train in additional shop areas
-
Work collaboratively as part of a team

Communicate process improvement ideas

Set up and operate a 175‑ton x 12' Accurpress press brake
-
Read and interpret blueprints
-
Change tooling as needed
Qualifications
-
2–3 years brake press experience required; 5+ years preferred
-
Brake press setup experience required
-
Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances of +/– 1 degree
-
Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred
-
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
-
Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality
-
Ability to follow directions and maintain high attention to detail
-
Team‑oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
-
HS diploma or GED preferred
