Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Create and process purchase orders
-
Interact with customers by phone, email, and in person

Work with clients to understand their online stores and portals

Communicate deadlines clearly and consistently

Address production issues with both staff and customers
-
Manage inventory and maintain accurate records

Ring customers up in the retail store

Take and enter customer orders
