General Labor(Entry-Level) – $18/HR – Multiple Openings- Multiple Shifts
Day & Night Shifts Available – Weekly Pay – Evaluation-to-Hire Opportunity
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for multiple General Labor openings in Hugo, MN. Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule Options:
Day Shift (1st Shift — final schedule determined after discussion with hiring manager):
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, or
- 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
Night Shift (2nd Shift):
- 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday–Thursday, or
- 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday–Thursday

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks in a truss construction environment
- Read and interpret basic measurements using a tape measure
- Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Stand, bend, twist, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Must bring your own hammer, tape measure, utility knife, and steel-toed boots
- Truss construction experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable with heavy physical labor (lifting, standing, bending, twisting)
- No background check or drug screen required
- Strong dependability and reliability
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
