Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Run parts and pick parts according to production needs

Ensure part counts are accurate and documented correctly

Operate various machines such as a metal rod cutter, rod straightener, rubber vulcanizing press, or rivet‑to‑belt machine

Maintain a steady work pace throughout the shift

Assist with general labor tasks as needed
