Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
-
Hang, rack, and prepare metal parts for powder coating or finishing processes
-
Inspect parts for defects, damage, or quality issues before and after coating
-
Use hand tools and lifting devices to safely handle parts of various sizes and weights

Maintain an organized workflow by staging, sorting, and tracking parts throughout production

Assist with unloading finished parts and preparing them for packaging or assembly
Qualifications
-
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the full shift

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment

Dependable attendance and positive attitude
