Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking hardworking and dependable candidates for Dock Installation Technician openings in Center City, MN. Key Responsibilities
-
Install, remove, and service docks, boat lifts, and waterfront equipment
-
Work in and around lakes, including wading into water to position and secure equipment
-
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and dock components
-
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, adjust, and anchor dock systems
-
Ensure all installations meet safety, quality, and alignment standards

Assist with shop tasks, equipment prep, and seasonal maintenance as needed
Qualifications
-
Previous outdoor labor, construction, or dock installation experience preferred

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions

Comfortable working in and around water

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Reliable attendance and a positive, safety‑focused attitude
