Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking hardworking and dependable candidates for Landscape Crew openings in Hugo, MN. Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $19–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – Done (end time varies by project)
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities
-
Perform lawn and landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
-
Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and general landscape upkeep
-
Support seasonal tasks such as spring/fall cleanups and debris removal
-
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Work as part of a crew to complete daily routes and maintain high-quality standards
Qualifications
-
Previous landscaping or lawn care experience required

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Comfortable with physical labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being on your feet all day

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work well in a team environment
