Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for Pemming openings in Osceola, WI. Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $17.00/Hour
Schedule: Mon–Thurs 5:45 AM–4:15 PM + OT Fridays
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

Operate pemming equipment to install fasteners, studs, and hardware into sheet metal components
-
Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and production specifications

Inspect finished parts to ensure proper installation and quality standards are met

Maintain accurate production records and follow established work instructions

Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
Qualifications
-
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

Ability to read basic measurements and use hand tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs
-
Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
