Key Responsibilities

Prepare metal parts for coating by sanding, masking, cleaning, and inspecting surfaces
-
Operate spray equipment to apply primer and topcoat finishes according to specifications

Mix and adjust paint materials to achieve proper viscosity, coverage, and color match

Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and adherence to customer requirements

Maintain equipment, booths, and work areas to ensure safety and production efficiency
Qualifications

Previous paint prep or industrial painting experience preferred

Ability to work variable shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
