Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and detail‑oriented Finishers for a manufacturing company in the Wyoming/Big Lake, MN area. Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $25.00/hour Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Wyoming/Big Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation — Sand, buff, and prepare surfaces to ensure smooth, defect‑free finishes.

Detail Finishing — Apply finishing materials, trim, and components with precision and consistency.

Quality Inspection — Inspect parts for imperfections, ensuring all products meet quality standards.

Tool Operation — Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely and effectively.

Team Collaboration — Work closely with production teams to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
Qualifications

Manufacturing or Finishing Experience preferred but not required.

Hand/Power Tool Skills and ability to work with finishing equipment.

Attention to Detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.

Physical Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
