Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during assigned shifts.
- Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduced manufacturing costs.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Set productivity goals for manufacturing teams and monitor progress.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure production goals are met.
- Manage staff and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and product quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of management and/or leadership experience required.
- Previous manufacturing or production supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience overseeing daily operations and managing employee performance.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
