Express Employment Northland & Downtown is currently seeking to fill several Focus Group Participant positions in Kansas City, MO.
This role is crucial for helping attorneys prepare for trial by simulating real court cases. Participants will review legal arguments, witness testimonies, and evidence to provide feedback and verdicts. This position is ideal for individuals interested in temporary positions, looking for additional income, or seeking to gain insight into the judicial system.
Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in legal simulations and focus group discussions.
- Listen to, understand, and deliberate on cases presented by attorneys.
- Collaborate with other mock jurors to reach a group verdict or conclusion.
- Complete questionnaires or surveys regarding the case proceedings and your opinions.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity regarding the case information and deliberation process.
Requirements:
- No legal experience required.
- Must be able to commit to the entire duration of the focus group or mock trial, which typically lasts from 4-7hours.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
