Job Full Description

Job Title: Rental Services Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and assist with rental and return processes.
• Verify driver information and explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional services.
• Provide directions, local info, and customer support via phone and in person.
• Inspect returned vehicles and report any issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 5 years)

Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday 9AM to 11 PM
• (2) 1-hour breaks - Lunch and Dinner
• (4) 15-minute breaks - Paid
