Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented DRAFTER to support a dynamic team of fabricators, welders, and specialists. If you’re skilled in CAD drafting and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create technical drawings based on specifications and calculations
- Prepare rough sketches and detailed designs using CAD systems (AutoCAD, 3D CAD, etc.)
- Review and revise drawings for compliance with industry standards
- Stay current with drafting software and industry advancements
- Identify and communicate potential design issues early in the process
- Ensure final designs meet regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar CAD role
- Proficiency with computer-aided design and drafting software (AutoCAD, 3D CAD preferred)
- Certification from the American Design Drafting Association (ADDA) is a plus
