Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals are seeking a dependable and hardworking Meat Processor to join our team in Butte, Montana. This position plays a key role in processing livestock into quality meat products while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process meat products according to company and USDA guidelines
- Cut, trim, grind, package, and label meat products
- Operate knives, saws, grinders, and other processing equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with loading, unloading, and cold-storage handling as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous meat processing or butcher experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to safely handle sharp tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a cold environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
