Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, printers, and related equipment
- Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security
- Assist with user account management, permissions, and access controls
- Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes
- Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance
- Work directly with clients to identify and resolve technical concerns
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration preferred
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
