Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hotel Revenue Analyst to join our team in Hawthorne, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the hospitality industry who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and optimizing hotel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting hotel performance metrics, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and forecast accuracy
- Support the implementation of pricing strategies across all distribution channels
- Monitor and update rates, availability, and restrictions within the Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and dashboards
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to provide actionable insights
- Ensure rate parity and accuracy across all booking platforms
- Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Reservations teams to align on revenue strategies
- Participate in revenue meetings and assist with presentation materials
- Support budget and forecasting processes through data collection and preliminary analysis
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, channel managers, and OTA platforms
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
