Our client in Jersey City is in need of an Administrative Assistant. Duties include:
- processing rent payments
- processing mileage reimbursements
- replenishing office supplies
- process any home inspections
- coordinate any in house training
- handle records
- communicate any rent increases.
-other admin duties as needed
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience needed
