Job Full Description
Our client, a respected organization based in New York City, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support the manager. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, executive-level environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the managers calendar, including scheduling and confirming appointments

Coordinate approximately 25–30 Zoom meetings per week, with careful attention to U.S. time zone differences

Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries

Maintain and organize electronic filing systems and records
-
Monitor and manage the managers email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-up

Perform a variety of administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in a similar executive support or administrative role

Strong proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom) and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong understanding of time zone coordination within the U.S.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
