Job Full Description
Our client in NYC is in need of a Executive Assistant on a Direct Hire basis. This position would work in-office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and remote on Monday and Fridays.
Duties include:
- Manage reception area with answering phones, mail services, purchasing supplies and internal communication with the office
- Manage travel arrangements
- Schedule and maintain calendar for meetings, business and personal engagements and events
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and memos as required.
- Assist with market research as needed
- Responsible for preparing executive presentations
- Assist with company's marketing efforts, advertising and website
- work with building manager to ensure any coordination with HVAC, or lighting issues.
-track attendance and maintain employee files.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience. Degree preferred
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet
- good communication skills and professional demeanor
- ability to take minimal direction and work independently
- willingness to become a notary public
