Job Full Description
Sweep, mop, remove trash in the common areas. The building is over 30 stories high. Will go on each floor to check recycling bin and if overflow, fill bin and take to the garbage in basement. Will also take all garbage out on days it is picked up.
Occasionally, may need to move an item left by a tenant to the trash -- with assistance if over 50lbs.
