Fire System Service & Inspection Manager – Lead with Safety and Precision
Location: Central New Jersey
Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service & Inspection Manager to oversee scheduling, compliance, customer service, and team performance. This leadership role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering safety and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support service technicians and inspectors for fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
- Manage daily service and inspection schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee staffing levels, vehicle fleet, and resource allocation.
- Handle escalated customer issues, coordinate emergency responses, and manage on-call rotations.
- Review inspection reports, track deficiencies, and prepare repair proposals.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, safety standards, and company SOPs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Develop processes to convert installation clients into inspection/service opportunities.
- Manage budgets, track profitability, and oversee department performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- 10+ years in fire alarm or sprinkler installation, service, and/or inspection.
- 5+ years in business management with profit & loss responsibility.
- 5+ years in fire protection sales and/or service.
- NICET certification preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of NFPA codes, inspection protocols, and repair processes.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, organization, training, and communication skills.
- Traits: Professional, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and reliable.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License, with drug screen and background check required.
