We’re looking for a Stainless-Steel Welder with strong construction and field experience to join our close-knit, family-run company. This role is ideal for someone with 5–10 years of hands-on experience who can work independently and take ownership of their work. What You’ll Do:
- Weld stainless steel components with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
- Read and interpret construction drawings, welding symbols, and job specifications
- Work in the field at active construction sites, often in fast-paced environments
- Collaborate with a team that treats each other like family
- Travel occasionally to job sites across New Jersey as needed
What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of proven experience in stainless steel welding (TIG & MIG preferred)
- A proven strong background in construction environments and fieldwork
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specs with minimal oversight
- Solid work ethic, professionalism, and attention to safety
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for project needs
