Job Title: Accounts Payable Representative 
Location: Monmouth County, NJ​ 
Pay Rate: $22-24/hour ​(depending on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representative to play a critical role in our Corporate Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing and expense control. What You’ll Do​  

  • Review, verify, and accurately post all invoices to QuickBooks with correct coding 

  • Schedule and process approved payments (check, online, credit card) and record them precisely. 

  • Maintain accurate vendor records, including collecting necessary tax information (1099s). 

  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements and proactively resolve vendor inquiries. 

  • Assist in building new workflows as the company transitions from QuickBooks Desktop to Online.

What We’re Looking For​ 

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Accounts Payable role 

  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and the full AP process. 

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent organizational skills. 

  • Ability to adapt quickly and support process changes (system conversion/workflow building). 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and professional communication abilities.
