Administrative Document Processor
Location: Lakewood
In-Office | Full-Time contract position
Our client is a fintech company that helps mortgage lenders manage and process post-closing documents quickly and accurately.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our document operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you may be assigned to a specific function or rotate (“float”) across teams depending on where help is needed most. If you’re someone who thrives in structured work and takes pride in accuracy, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Open and sort incoming mail
- Prepare and organize documents for scanning
- Review and match documents to loan files
- Scan documents across multiple scanners
- Flag and escalate any issues
- File, organize, and ship documents
- Jump in to support different teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to roll up your sleeves (some light physical work involved)
