A leading manufacturer and distributor with over 20 years of success in the industry is seeking a Website Content Coordinator to join its growing team. With headquarters on the East Coast and a distribution center in the Midwest, the company is known for innovation, quality, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

The Role
The Website Content Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s B2B website, as well as managing the setup and launch of a new B2C (Shopify) website by year-end. This individual will also provide support to the IT department on projects and basic user needs. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain all content on the B2B website, including setup and customizations.

  • Manage the setup, launch, and ongoing maintenance of a new Shopify-based B2C website.

  • Create and update product content, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and promotions.

  • Manage website user accounts, including access, support, and troubleshooting.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and website-related issues via phone, email, online chat, and other channels.

  • Monitor website performance, track sales, and report on analytics and KPIs.

  • Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends.

  • Write, edit, and review website and marketing content for accuracy and clarity.

  • Manage and update social media platforms with relevant content.

  • Ensure search engine optimization (SEO) best practices are implemented.

  • Identify opportunities to improve website functionality, customer experience, and sales growth.

  • Assist the IT department with projects and provide basic technical/user support.

  • Collaborate with team members, vendors, and cross-functional partners to achieve company goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Office 365 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), HTML, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and Shopify.

  • Strong communication skills with excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.

  • Ability to learn and retain product information for website branding and setup.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Dependability, punctuality, and strong time management skills.

  • Strong phone and active listening skills.

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of cloud applications and Windows/Mac business software.

  • Experience with technical writing or documenting processes is a plus.
