Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of a nationally recognized fresh produce importer in Swedesboro, NJ.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily production, inventory, and logistics operations — ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time performance across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate production and repack operations
- Manage inventory, allocation, and shipping (inbound/outbound)
- Maintain communication with QA, terminals, ports, and cold storage partners
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with audits
Requirements
- 5–7 years of Operations Management experience in fresh produce imports
- ERP experience (Famous Software preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
