Job Title: Batch Operator
Location: Vineland, NJ
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Batch Operator to support daily production operations at our Vineland, NJ facility. The Batch Operator is responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and preparing raw materials according to established formulas and procedures while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities

Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to batch tickets and production schedules

Operate batching, mixing, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently

Verify materials and quantities to ensure accuracy and product quality

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and GMP requirements

Document batch data, material usage, and production records accurately

Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or malfunctions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work closely with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet daily goals
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Previous manufacturing, production, or batching experience preferred

Ability to follow written instructions, formulas, and batch records

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic math skills required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained)
