About the Role

We are urgently hiring experienced OTR Team Drivers for a high‑volume Miami–South Jersey dedicated route. Drivers will operate new model refrigerated trucks, running fast‑turnaround, pre‑loaded trailer swaps. This position is ideal for reliable, safety‑driven professionals who thrive in a consistent lane with steady weekly earnings.

What You’ll Do

• Run a team driver OTR route, primarily Miami → South Jersey
• Occasional additional stops in SC, NC, VA, RI, or MA
• Complete runs within 24 hours
• Perform trailer swaps—no loading or unloading required
• Operate and monitor refrigerated units (reefers)
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to maintain schedule
• Maintain safety, compliance, and accurate trip logs

• 3 trips per week
• Paid $0.65 per mile
• Average $800–$1,050 per trip
• $25 per additional stop
• Approximately 6 runs per week across the team

Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A
• Refrigerated truck experience required
• Ability to operate in a team driving environment
• Clean driving record
• Ability to complete long‑haul, rapid‑turnaround routes
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
