Temporary Customer Service & Data Entry Assistant
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $20/hr
Location: Asheville (Onsite)
A locally owned, family-run hot tub company is looking for a Temporary Customer Service & Data Entry Assistant to support their team during a busy season. This role is perfect for someone who can jump in quickly, stay organized, and provide excellent customer service while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
This position starts immediately and may last one week up through the holiday season, depending on business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing

Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

Assist customers with basic questions and direct inquiries to the right team members

Perform data entry and update customer information accurately

Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Help keep communication flowing as the company transitions through software and workflow changes

Pitch in wherever needed — this is a true small-business, all-hands-on-deck environment
