Since launching her career in Human Resources career with Express Employment Professionals in 2007, Meredith Campbell has become a recognized leader in the recruiting, staffing, and the HR industry, known for her contagious enthusiasm, insightful questioning, and people-centered approach to business. As the Owner and Chief Joy Facilitator, she leads with curiosity and heart, helping both individuals and organizations grow to their fullest potential.

A proud graduate of Bowling Green State University and a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Meredith brings both strategic expertise and genuine care to every interaction. Her award-winning team has been recognized among the Top 50 performers out of more than 900 Express Employment Professionals offices, having conducted over 20,000 interviews and helping more than 3,000 people secure permanent employment. Their success reflects a shared commitment to excellence, community impact, and creating meaningful connections.

Meredith’s influence extends beyond her local community—she speaks and trains throughout Western North Carolina and across the Express Employment Professionals system, inspiring others to lead with authenticity and joy.
