Base Pay: $19/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential
Effective Rate: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: Asheville area
Duration: Temporary project

Our client, a new packaging company in the area, is seeking 3rd Shift Production Packaging Associates to support a temporary rework project. This role is ideal for night owls who can stay focused, consistent, and detail-oriented during overnight production hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reworking packaged beverage products that require correction

Inspecting, sorting, and repackaging product

Standing for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks

Following quality, safety, and production guidelines

Working as part of a team to meet overnight production goals
