Call Center Reception Coordinator – $18/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: South Asheville, NC
Type: Full-Time

A fast-paced service company in South Asheville is seeking a Call Center Reception Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role is heavily phone-based and focused on managing high call volume, troubleshooting concerns, and dispatching tickets to technicians. Ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, call center-style environment and enjoys helping people quickly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer a high volume of incoming customer calls

  • Gather details and troubleshoot basic service concerns

  • Create accurate service tickets and route to technicians

  • Process customer orders and service requests

  • Document calls and updates in internal systems

  • Maintain a calm, professional tone during busy periods
