Outside Sales Representative – B2B Services
Base: $18–$20/hr + Commission
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Asheville Area | Local Territory

Our client, a commercial restoration and specialty cleaning company, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow business accounts. This is a true field sales role for someone self-motivated, competitive, and not afraid to knock on doors and build relationships.
This position focuses on turning first-time cleanings into long-term maintenance clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Prospect new commercial clients through in-person outreach and calls
• Measure spaces, create estimates, and present proposals
• Build rapport and develop recurring maintenance accounts
• Walk job sites with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Manage follow-up, communication, and account growth
• Own your territory and daily sales activity
Training & Growth
• First 30–60 days focused on hands-on training
• Ride-alongs and mentorship with leadership
• Supported ramp into active selling
