Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

A fast-paced service company in Hendersonville is seeking a Call Center Reception Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role is heavily phone-based and focused on managing high call volume, troubleshooting concerns, and dispatching tickets to technicians. What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer a high volume of incoming customer calls
