Job Full Description
We're looking for a reliable, physically capable driver to fill in for a short-term assignment.
You'll be operating a box truck to deliver equipment directly to active job sites. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can jump in immediately and work independently. This position is temporary with a full-time schedule of Monday - Friday 6AM - 3PM and will last for proximity 3 weeks to help a stellar team with coverage!
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck for daily equipment deliveries to job sites
- Load, unload, and handle equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Follow assigned delivery routes and maintain punctual scheduling
- Confirm deliveries and communicate with dispatch or site contacts as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
- DOT compliance required
- Prior box truck or commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Full range of motion required — bending, lifting, carrying equipment
- Must be available to start immediately
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently in the field
