Member Services Representative
Medical Leave Coverage ASAP in to September 2026
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Member Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our existing customers. This role is all about delivering a positive experience on every call — with patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls from existing customers in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment questions
Process updates to contact and account information
Support customers with service transfers, new service setup, and cancellations
Escalate complex or challenging service requests to the appropriate team
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Friendly, calm, and professional phone presence
Ability to navigate multiple systems while on a call
Detail-oriented with solid data entry accuracy
Prior customer service or call center experience a plus
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. No evenings or weekends! $23/hr to $25/hr
